Jingzhou registered GDP of 236.904 billion yuan in 2020, down 5.9 percent from 2019 at a comparable price. In terms of industry, the primary industry contributed an added value of 45.302 billion yuan, the secondary industry 80.624 billion yuan and the tertiary industry 110.978 billion yuan, up 0.2 percent, down 10.0 percent and down 4.6 percent from 2019 respectively. The structure of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries was adjusted from 17.3:37.1:45.6 to 19.1:34.0:46.9. In the tertiary industry, the added value of finance and other services was up 5.0 percent and up 4.7 percent respectively; the added value of transportation, warehousing and postal service, wholesale & retailing, lodging & catering and real estate was down 23.3 percent, 15.3 percent, 26.6 percent and 0.7 percent respectively.
